Summary of intended terms: monthly or annual subscription, cancel anytime; 7-day grace period after cancellation, backups retained 30 days; no overage billing; acceptable-use applies (no malware, spam, or unlawful content); service credits rather than liability for downtime.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancel any time yourself from Dashboard → Billing & plan — no emails, no phone calls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; your site stays live until then, followed by a 7-day grace window before removal (we keep a final backup). Annual plans: full refund within the first 30 days, no questions asked; after that, unused full months are refunded pro-rata on request. Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered (registry policy), but you can transfer your domain out at any time, free.
